“ Loved this place! Perfect for a show at PPG or when staying at the Marriott. Drinks were cheap, lots of selections, and excellent bar food menu. We had a pierogi basket- wowww just awesome! So flavorful, pillowy and perfect. Dough, butter, mashed potatoes, Parmesan, and grilled onion- what else could you want! They did say they would be open after the show and were closed before 1030 but it was a Sunday so I get it! Seems awesome for football games or hockey games too. ”
“ Go to place before and after Penguins games! Can't go wrong with the 87 burger, 3 patties of goodness! Service is awesome. ”
“ First time at Cafe Fifth Ave for food and drinks before Penguins game. We got there at 1:16pm the place wasn’t to packed and our server Clara was phenomenal. She did an amazing job sending our food order to kitchen and checking on us every 8-14mins. I ordered Italian hoagie and it was delicious. Overall • Bathroom upstairs 3.5 stars • Food was 4 stars • Severs 5 stars due to short staffing they were really hustling. Thanks again! ”
“ Fantastic place to stop before a Pens game or any event at the arena. Extremely friendly atmosphere, and they were spot on with everything. They really make you feel welcomed here, and I will always stop in whether if it's just for a drink or a meal before I go to the arena. The food is also extremely good. I suggest the mozzarella sticks and especially the full wings. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. ”
“ Good place to grab a drink and bite to eat before an event at PPG Arena or just hang out to watch the game. Family friendly and good food. ”
“ Excellent place to catch a pregame beer. We found it walking to the Penguins Arena. Great service and excellent prices. ”
“ Great place for before a Penguins game, concert, or any event at PPG Paints Arena. The place gets pretty busy so as expected sometimes things take a little longer but overall a very good place. ”
“ We ate a quick snack here before going to watch the penguins game. The sodas were small and in plastic cups. For my husband and myself to each get a soda and share an appetizer it was a bit pricey but delicious. ”
